Hello my name is Cody or Punkin Doodle as my mom calls me.

I was adopted from the Lynchburg Humane Society on January 6, 2001.

I had been badly abused & stuffed through the fence of the Shelter during

the night. My abuse caused me to growl & snap at everyone. I bit some

of the Humane Society employee's and even growled at my mom when she

came to take me home. I had lost most of my hair due to a skin infection

and my feet were swollen and sore. I will admit it "I had ATTITUDE"!!

My mom took a chance, loaded me in the front seat and drove home. By the

time we got home I figured she must be OK, she trusted me not to bite her.

As you will see from my pictures with a lot of medicine and trips to the vet

I have fattened up and gotten most of my hair back. Mom set my birthday as

the day she adopted me since we know that is the day I was born again.

I love my mom & I have a great home now but I still have a problem with other

people especially men. My Dad is trying to help me out but I bite him too.

They saved me and I hope one day I can get beyond my prior abuse.
